Hi, I’m CAMI,
and I’m a NASM Certified Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer.
I started teaching fitness when my kids were still in school. After, prioritizing my children, family, and career for so many years it took a toll on my waist line and energy levels. I begin taking class at the gym where my daughter did cheer and I noticed that my body begin to change, my jeans fit better and I had more energy when doing everyday tasks.
That’s when I knew I wanted to help other busy moms and new to fitness women start their fitness journey and fall in love with fitness. Like me, most people get too busy with life, kids, work, etc. and end up inactive in their later years when fitness matters the most. So, I created a gym where getting moving again, even if it’s been decades since your last workout is judgement free and we all support each other.
My philosophy is that after 40 or for those just starting out, it’s okay to start slow and build gradually — you’re not 20 years old or Ms. Fitness, and that’s okay! The goal isn’t to fight your age, it’s to embrace it so you can enjoy some of the best years of your life.
