Kickboxing

This class will get you off the couch, out of your office and into an exhilarating total body workout. Lace up your shoes or go barefoot and prepare to kick and punch the stress of the day away.

Monday & Wednesday 5:30-6:30 PM Free Intro 6:45-7:15pm Mondays Only.

Tuesday & Thursday 5:00-5:30 PM & 6:45-7:15 PM

STRENGTH

This class format changes every two months to create muscle confusion, getting results you can see.

  • Jan-Feb Lose 2 Sizes: Begin your New Year resolution with this proven program.
  • Mar-April Boot Camp: A fusion of cardio, strength, balance & flexibility. Boot increases strength and heart/lung function, improves posture and increases flexibility. The objective is to continually “shock” the body, to improve your cardiovascular system, lose weight and build muscle. Varied intensity levels allow beginners to successfully work alongside high-level athletes.
  • May-June Warrior Fit: 10 exercises that collectively work every part of your body, so you can challenge your heart and lungs as well as your muscles. Resulting in a high-intensity circuit designed to torch fat, define your chest, abs, and arms, and send your fitness level soaring.
  • July- Aug Power Pump: Together, we’ll power through more than 800 repetitions, giving you plenty of opportunity to build strength and endurance with every day functionality. Movements such as Split Squats, Plyometric training, Walking Push Ups, Bear Rolls and the Kneeling Y are just a few of the highlights you’ll experience. Grab a friend, raise your bars and get stronger together..
  • Sept-Oct Strength: Getting back to the basics with dumbbells. Grab a pair of dumbbells and get ready to lift your way to a new you using moves like bicep curls, squats, lunges and deadlifts this class takes you into a new the level of fitness resulting in stronger muscles and makes everyday activity easier.
  • Nov-Dec Winter Fit: Get ready to take on the snow. Weather you hit the slopes, cross country or cozy up under a nice warm blanket. I’ll get you ready to take it all on.

Bodyweight is your ally. Activate the core in all planes of motion, using standing, seated, supine, prone, and kneeling positions. Dozens of movements and exercises get you firing on all cylinders, strengthening and sculpting your core. Get ready…POWER TO THE CORE!
