Cam Fitness’ clients have been working really hard the last month and a half and I just had to give them a shout out. We are rounding up our Lose 2 Sizes program that incrementally gets harder each week, building up to one of our hardest workouts yet and I am so impressed with them that they could all do 12 chin-ups for 4 rounds.
Congratulations! You rock! I can’t wait to see what you accomplish when you complete 8 weeks of Boot Camp.
